Jürgen Lampl is passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. He has participated in various fitness competitions and recently won a prize in a competition in Budapest, Hungary. During his preparation he was able to shed 55 lbs!

Since then, Jürgen has continued to stay on top of the latest science and technology trends in health & fitness while keeping his body in optimal condition.

Jürgen likes working out on the Lagree machines in order to ensure proper body alignment and posture, with a guided execution of exercises to help prevent stress related injuries.

Adela Lampl

Certified Lagree Instructor (Advanced Level 2), Professional Health/Fitness & Personal Trainer

Adela, Jürgen´s wife, is also a personal trainer and hails from Austria. She was born in Slovakia, where she attended a sports school and she's never stopped working out since.

Her primary sport while in school was shot put, so gentlemen you'll want to pay heed to this particular lady! :-)

Adela enjoys HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and bodyweight exercises. She also enjoys helping her senior clients to improve their balance, flexibility and overall core strength, all of which are crucial for leading an active, injury-free lifestyle.
